About 2-Pack Mega Metatron & Amber Strike
2-Pack Mega Metatron & Amber Strike sits in the Quantum Heroes Dinoster range of transforming dinosaur robot toys; this page has the specifications, the photos and what the box holds.
2-Pack Mega Metatron & Amber Strike puts more than one complete robot in a single box, and that changes the play rather than the price.
Inside the box: Amber Strike and Mega Metatron, that is 6 play modes in one order. The name points at Ankylosaurus: armour plating and a tail that ends arguments.
Parts are not interchangeable with other models, so nothing here needs a donor robot to stay complete.

Where 2-Pack Mega Metatron & Amber Strike comes from
Quantum Heroes Dinoster is drawn work first: FunnyFlux Entertainment made the original series in South Korea, Alpha Group took it into China, and the Educational Dinoster System stands in the production credits. 2-Pack Mega Metatron & Amber Strike is one of the transforming vehicles the series put on screen before anyone cut a mould for it.
The mission 2-Pack Mega Metatron & Amber Strike was built for
The series asks a child to accept one thing — a quantum gate, and a parallel Dino-Earth where dinosaurs never went extinct. After that it is four kids who travel across to protect them and get home before supper.
Lucio, Oz, Delby and Jay Min are schoolchildren with one Dinoster each and a mission none of the four kids expected:
- Lucio — Raptor Dinoster, red suit
- Oz — Stego Dinoster, green suit
- Delby — Ankylo Dinoster, yellow suit
- Jay Min — Ptera Dinoster, blue suit
The team studies the dinosaurs it protects. Professor Laura built the hi-tech quantum suits that make that safe enough, and the transforming vehicles are the other half of the system.
The villain on the other side
Opposite the team stands the villain: Bex Hunter, a scientist who would rather own dinosaurs than save them, and who reassembles the ones he catches as Armorsaurs by the end of every season. Taking a dinosaur back from him is the mission, and 2-Pack Mega Metatron & Amber Strike is one of the mighty builds a child joins it with when the danger turns up in the living room.
Where to see the ankylosaur side of the mission
Three seasons, seventy-eight episodes, eleven minutes apiece — one episode before the bath, one after. For 2-Pack Mega Metatron & Amber Strike, the ankylosaur thread starts in these episodes:
- The Head-Butting Battle
- The Giant Titanoboa Strikes!
- Grappling with the Giant Gorilla!
- Woolly Mammoth Mayhem
- Save the Mammoth Family!
- Rumbling with the Dinos Down Below
Three seasons, in short
The first season is called Welcome to Dino Earth, the Super Dino Suit arrives later, and somewhere in between a Carnotaurus teleports out of a school corridor. What the series does best is the quiet stuff: a baby raptor rescue, an egg that hatches early, a dino dentist, a living fossil, a magnetic Mononykus and a giant Iguanadon migration.
Every dinosaur name here is a real one
The crew keeps a bestiary, and it adds names each season. From the giant Iguanadon migration to the Brachiosaurus classroom, the bestiary is built out of real animals — Triceratops and T-Rex included:
- Tyrannosaurus Rex
- Stegosaurus
- Tarbosaurus
- Apatosaurus
- Triceratops
- Titanoboa
- Carnotaurus
- Baryonyx
Why the series is easy to follow
The shape of an episode never changes. The team studies what it found, learns the one fact that matters, and the danger is gone by the eleventh minute — keeping it that way is the next episode's problem. The English version keeps the original names, so the animal called a Triceratops here is a Triceratops in every country, and saving it is the mighty part. There is a magnetic dinosaur in here, a dino dentist and a baby raptor rescue — the writers use the bestiary rather than invent around it, pterosaur eggs included.
Watching it before buying it
It has been dubbed for more than one country, but the English run for the United States — live since 28 August 2023, a season after South Korea — is the one children here quote. Two episodes are the cheapest way to find out whether a child wants 2-Pack Mega Metatron & Amber Strike or something else on the shelf.
Quantum Heroes Dinoster transforming dinosaur robot toys, by mode count
Pick by sequence length, not height. A two-mode robot is run from memory inside a week; three modes make the child choose a shape; the four-mode build is a set of vehicles that happens to assemble.
The Quantum Heroes Dinoster line at a glance
Quantum Heroes Dinoster is a line of transforming dinosaur robot toys built from the vehicles the crew flies on screen and nowhere else. Two to four modes per box, five to sixteen inches tall, polished ABS joints, no batteries, and one dinosaur behind every name.
