How ordering works when the shelf and the checkout are not the same place.
Where the order actually happens
Our pages carry the specification, the photographs and the price. The order itself is placed on the listing the stamp opens, and that is where your payment details go — never here.
That split is deliberate. We would rather keep one accurate shelf than run a checkout we cannot staff.
Delivery windows
Delivery dates, shipping charges and the countries a given robot can reach are set by the listing, and they change between models and between weeks. The date shown at checkout is the real one.
A squad pack is heavier and larger than a single robot, so it frequently ships on a different schedule than the two-mode build next to it on our shelf.
Before you order
Check two numbers on our page against the listing: the mode count and the size in inches. Those are the two things people get wrong, usually by buying an 11-inch three-mode build for a child who wanted the 7.48-inch robot from the episode.
If the listing and our page disagree, the listing wins. Tell us and we will fix the page.
