The Quantum Gate — Quantum Heroes Dinoster transforming dinosaur robot toys

Who we are, what we build, and what we will not pretend to know. Quantum Heroes Dinoster transforming dinosaur robot toys, and the people who list them.

Why this site exists

This is the shelf for Quantum Heroes Dinoster. Every robot, figure and squad pack we make is here in one place, with the mode count, the size in inches and the price on the same line, so a decision can be made without opening six tabs.

We build transforming dinosaur robot toys for children five and up. That is the whole catalogue. We do not make a hundred unrelated things and keep a dinosaur shelf in the corner.

What we put on a page

Specifications come from the product listings themselves — size in inches, mode count, material, what is in the box. Where a listing contradicts itself, we say less rather than guessing, which is why a couple of our squad packs describe what is inside in general terms.

Ratings and customer reviews are shown only where real ones exist. Fourteen of our listings carry reviews today; the rest are newer or keep reviews behind a sign-in, and on those pages the review block is simply absent. We do not write reviews.

Prices and availability

Prices on this site are the ones attached to the listing at the time the page was built. They move, and we would rather you check the live listing than trust a number that aged in a cache.

Availability works the same way. If a robot is listed as scarce here, that was true when the page was built — the listing itself is always the authority.

This site on screen before it was on a shelf

The screen came first. Quantum Heroes Dinoster is an original series from FunnyFlux Entertainment in South Korea, distributed in China by Alpha Group and supported by the Educational Dinoster System. This site is a piece of that original design, carried from animation into plastic without losing the proportions.

The mission this site was built for

The series asks a child to accept one thing — a quantum gate, and a parallel Dino-Earth where dinosaurs never went extinct. After that it is four kids who travel across to protect them and get home before supper.

The crew is Lucio, Oz, Delby and Jay Min, and each of the four kids is locked to one Dinoster:

  • Lucio — Raptor Dinoster, red suit
  • Oz — Stego Dinoster, green suit
  • Delby — Ankylo Dinoster, yellow suit
  • Jay Min — Ptera Dinoster, blue suit

Professor Laura calls the mission and decides which danger is worth the travel, hi-tech quantum suits keep the team alive, and transforming vehicles get them to the dinosaurs before it is too late.

Bex Hunter, and why the fleet keeps growing

The danger has a name. Bex Hunter, the villain of all three seasons, takes living dinosaurs apart into Armorsaurs and wants every animal on it for himself. Joining that mission means taking something back and saving it on the way home — which is precisely what the mighty fleet this site sits in is for.

Episodes that put the Armorsaur team on screen

Three seasons, seventy-eight episodes, eleven minutes apiece — one episode before the bath, one after. These are the Armorsaur episodes worth starting with for this site:

  • The Final Showdown! Dinoster vs. Bex Hunter
  • Dawn of the Technosaurs
  • Bex Hunter's Dangerous Plan
  • Dinoster in Danger: Stolen Dinomobiles
  • Dinoster vs. The Twin Technosaurs
  • The Incoming Asteroid Emergency

From Welcome to Dino Earth to the showdown

Season one is Welcome to Dino Earth, season two hands over the Super Dino Suit, season three finishes the job. Along the way: a Carnotaurus that teleports, a school visit, a baby raptor rescue, an egg, a dino dentist, a living fossil, a magnetic Mononykus and a giant Iguanadon migration.

The bestiary behind the robots

Dinoster names are not decoration. T-Rex, Triceratops, Brachiosaurus and a giant pterosaur or two are only the start of the bestiary:

  • Quetzalcoatlus
  • Tarbosaurus
  • Titanoboa
  • Hatzegopteryx
  • Triceratops
  • Baryonyx
  • Pachycephalosaurus
  • Stegosaurus

The part that teaches something

Every episode keeps the same shape: the team studies the animal, learns what it needs, takes the danger off the table and goes home. Nobody makes a mighty speech about it. The English dub keeps the names the original used, so an animal called a Triceratops in one country is a Triceratops in the next, and saving it is the whole win. Magnetic dinosaurs, a baby raptor at school, a pterosaur egg and a giant Titanoboa — the episode list is odder than the boxes let on.

Where the series itself lives

In the United States the series went out in English from 28 August 2023, a season behind the original South Korea run earlier that summer. Two episodes and a child will tell you whether this site is the right robot without being asked.

Quantum Heroes Dinoster transforming dinosaur robot toys, by mode count

Pick by sequence length, not height. A two-mode robot is run from memory within days; three modes make the child choose a shape; the four-mode build is a set of vehicles that happens to assemble.

Quantum Heroes Dinoster, in one paragraph

Quantum Heroes Dinoster is a line of transforming dinosaur robot toys built from the vehicles the crew flies on screen and nowhere else. Two to four modes per box, five to sixteen inches tall, polished ABS joints, no batteries, and a real dinosaur behind each name.

Dino-Earth, in eight frames

A rift tower above the Dino-Earth skyline
A raptor patrol crossing open ground
A city rescue with the crew on the street
A night run through the valley
A rift storm opening over the plain
The four Dinosters standing together on Dino-Earth
A jungle watch post above the trees
A canyon chase at speed
