About Mega Metatron
Mega Metatron sits in the Quantum Heroes Dinoster range of transforming dinosaur robot toys; this page has the specifications, the photos and what the box holds.
Mega Metatron is the top of the line: four modes, and a body that splits into separate vehicles instead of folding into one.
It stands 16.14 inches. The name points at the whole fleet: a frame the rest of the line is scaled against.
Cleaning is a damp cloth. Water in a joint is the one thing that ends a transforming robot early.

Mega Metatron on screen before it was on a shelf
The original Quantum Heroes Dinoster came out of South Korea — FunnyFlux Entertainment made it, Alpha Group distributed it in China, and the Educational Dinoster System is named in the credits. Mega Metatron inherits it directly: nothing in the line reads as a plain dinosaur toy, because the design started as animation.
The crew that flies Mega Metatron
Four kids travel through a quantum gate to Dino-Earth, a world where dinosaurs never went extinct, and they go back across whenever anything threatens the dinosaurs they protect.
Four kids, four Dinosters — Lucio, Oz, Delby and Jay Min, in the order they join:
- Lucio — Raptor Dinoster, red suit
- Oz — Stego Dinoster, green suit
- Delby — Ankylo Dinoster, yellow suit
- Jay Min — Ptera Dinoster, blue suit
Hi-tech quantum suits and transforming vehicles are the whole kit, and Professor Laura is the one who green-lights a mission before the team travels.
The villain on the other side
The danger has a name. Bex Hunter, the villain of all three seasons, takes living dinosaurs apart into Armorsaurs and wants every animal on it for himself. The mighty builds in this line exist because of him. Mega Metatron is one of them, and joining the rescue — taking the animal back, saving it, getting out — is the entire job.
An episode list for the mega-build thread
The series runs three seasons and seventy-eight episodes of about eleven minutes each, so one episode pairs neatly with one robot. These are the mega-build episodes worth starting with for Mega Metatron:
- The Gigantic Giganotosaurus
- The Final Showdown! Dinoster vs. Bex Hunter
- Dawn of the Super Dino Suit
- In the Clutches of Bex Hunter
- The Incoming Asteroid Emergency
- The Metatron Meets Red Rex
From Welcome to Dino Earth to the showdown
The first season is called Welcome to Dino Earth, the Super Dino Suit comes in season two, and somewhere in between a Carnotaurus teleports out of a school corridor. What the series does best is small: a baby raptor rescue, an egg that hatches early, a dino dentist, a living fossil, a magnetic Mononykus and a giant Iguanadon migration.
The animals on the other side of the gate
Every robot name here points at a dinosaur the team has run into at least once. From the giant Iguanadon migration to the Brachiosaurus classroom, the bestiary is built out of real animals — Triceratops and T-Rex included:
- Diplodocus
- Plesiosaurus
- Therizinosaurus
- Tarbosaurus
- Baryonyx
- Woolly Mammoth
- Titanoboa
- Parasaurolophus
Why the series is easy to follow
What a child learns from an episode is modest and true: the team studies the animal, keeping the danger away long enough to understand it. The English dub keeps the names the original used, so the thing called a Triceratops is the same Triceratops in every country, and saving it is a mighty result for one short episode. A magnetic Mononykus, a troublemaking pterosaur egg and a school full of raptors are all real episodes, which is how specific this series gets.
How to see it in English
In the United States the series went out in English from 28 August 2023, months behind the original South Korea run earlier that summer. The series costs nothing to watch, so it costs nothing to check whether Mega Metatron is the one.
Transforming dinosaur robot toys: what Quantum Heroes Dinoster does differently
Everything here converts, so the question is how many steps the hands want: two modes for a first robot, three when the sequence stops being a trick, four when the body is meant to come apart into vehicles.
Where Quantum Heroes Dinoster sits on a toy shelf
Quantum Heroes Dinoster is the toy line of a South Korean series about four kids who protect dinosaurs on a parallel Earth. Every box is a transforming dinosaur robot: a vehicle that folds into something on two feet, sized between five and sixteen inches, moulded in ABS, and not a battery in the range.
