About Delby
On the shelf of Quantum Heroes Dinoster transforming dinosaur robot toys, Delby is the crew figure — and the whole toy is the change between its shapes.
Delby is the pilot, not the hardware — a multi-joint figure in the yellow quantum suit, with light and sound and no battery to feed.
It stands 8.86 inches. It is colour-locked to Delby — Ankylo Dinoster is the Dinoster Delby flies.
Parts are not interchangeable with other models, so nothing here needs a donor robot to stay complete.

Reading Delby back to the series
The original Quantum Heroes Dinoster was written in South Korea — FunnyFlux Entertainment made it, Alpha Group distributed it in China, and the Educational Dinoster System is named in the credits. That matters for Delby, because the hi-tech look was storyboarded and the mould followed it.
The mission Delby was built for
Four kids, one parallel Earth. On Dino-Earth the dinosaurs never went extinct, the kids travel across through a quantum gate, and the job is to protect living animals from an extinction that the rest of us only read about.
Four kids, four Dinosters — Lucio, Oz, Delby and Jay Min, one pilot to a machine:
- Lucio — Raptor Dinoster, red suit
- Oz — Stego Dinoster, green suit
- Delby — Ankylo Dinoster, yellow suit
- Jay Min — Ptera Dinoster, blue suit
Professor Laura Liu runs it from the base: the hi-tech quantum suits do the surviving, and the transforming vehicles carry the team to the danger.
The villain on the other side
Opposite the team stands the villain: Bex Hunter, a scientist who would rather own dinosaurs than save them, and who reassembles the ones he catches as Armorsaurs by the end of every season. Joining that mission means taking something back and saving it on the way home — which is precisely what the mighty fleet Delby sits in is for.
Episodes that put the ankylosaur team on screen
The series runs three seasons and seventy-eight episodes of about eleven minutes each, so one episode pairs neatly with one robot. If a child wants to see what Delby does, the ankylosaur episodes are these:
- Grappling with the Giant Gorilla!
- Rumbling with the Dinos Down Below
- The Head-Butting Battle
- The Giant Titanoboa Strikes!
- Save the Mammoth Family!
- Woolly Mammoth Mayhem
Three seasons, in short
The first season is called Welcome to Dino Earth, the Super Dino Suit arrives later, and somewhere in between a Carnotaurus teleports out of a school corridor. What the series does best is the quiet stuff: a baby raptor rescue, an egg that hatches early, a dino dentist, a living fossil, a magnetic Mononykus and a giant Iguanadon migration.
Real dinosaurs, as the series draws them
Every robot name here points at a dinosaur the team has run into at least once. T-Rex, Triceratops, Brachiosaurus and a giant pterosaur or two are only the start of the bestiary:
- Woolly Mammoth
- Baryonyx
- Velociraptor
- Mononykus
- Tarbosaurus
- Quetzalcoatlus
- Diplodocus
- Therizinosaurus
What a child picks up along the way
The team studies, the child learns, and the danger is handled before the credits. The mighty moral is left out. Because the English dub keeps the naming the original used, an animal called a Triceratops in one country stays a Triceratops in the next, and saving it is the point of taking the mission at all. Magnetic dinosaurs, a baby raptor at school, a pterosaur egg and a giant Titanoboa — the episode list is odder than the boxes let on.
Where the series itself lives
English-language viewers in the United States got the series on 28 August 2023, a few months after the original aired in South Korea. Watch first, then pick: a child who has seen the episode already knows what Delby is supposed to do.
Buying Quantum Heroes Dinoster transforming dinosaur robot toys
Pick by sequence length, not height. A two-mode robot is run from memory inside a week; three modes make the child choose a shape; the four-mode build is a set of vehicles that happens to assemble.
Quantum Heroes Dinoster, in one paragraph
The line is simple to describe: transforming dinosaur robot toys taken from a series about four kids, a professor and a parallel Earth full of dinosaurs. Sizes run from five to sixteen inches, the material is moulded ABS, and not one box needs a battery.
